The Gravis Grundstücksverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH in Berlin was found in 1997.
Soon it became obvious to us, that a „classic“ old fashioned Property Management Agency could only deliver a well known but not satisfying project management. The complexity of the market and the expectations from a property management agency require extreme flexibility.

We pursue equally the interests of investors, owners and tenants, which enables us to find the right partners for our clients. We cover project orientated the needs of our clients, from analysis over management to insurances. The demand forms the offer, and it understands itself, that the requests for our customers are treated individually and are taken care off with all our potential.
